Privacy Policy for “Venice.ai File Sync”

Data collected

This extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All chat data you choose to sync is written exclusively to a folder you select on your own device via the File System Access API.

Permissions used

• activeTab – to inject a “Sync Now” button into the active Venice.ai tab.
• scripting – to inject the content script that reads the chat DOM.
• storage – to persist the directory handle you chose across browser restarts.
• Host permission https://venice.ai/* – to access the Venice.ai page DOM.

None of these permissions are used to send data anywhere outside your machine.
